Mini Indoor Games/Recreation Complex
The Youth Services Department provides financial assistance to various local bodies, schools, colleges, clubs and organizations of our state for enabling them to organize different kind of sports. But to get the assistance the concerned local bodies, (Panchayat/ Municipality/Corporation), schools, colleges, clubs and organizations have to bear a minimum amount of financial liability, which will also infuse a sense of ownership.

According to the prevailing system the ratio of financial contribution of the government and the applicant schools, colleges, clubs and organizations was 75 percent and 25 percent of the total project cost respectively. But the present `Maa-Mati-Manush' Govt. has brought about a change in the ratio of contribution and the new ratio for the clubs and organizations is 80%:20% where the govt. contribution will be 80% and in cases of government sponsored schools and colleges, local bodies, clubs and other organizations is 90%:10% wherein the govt. contribution will be 90% and that of govt. sponsored schools and colleges, local bodies, clubs and other organizations 10%.

Henceforth, all local bodies, schools, colleges, clubs and organizations interested in setting up Mini Indoor Games/ Recreation Complex will be provided with a financial assistance of a maximum amount of Rs.20 (Twenty) Lakhs only which will be given in two installments (50% of the total amount will be given before starting of the project and the rest amount of 50% will be given on the basis of progress of the work). This may be mentioned here that the amount of the assistance has been increased from a total amount of Rs. 12 (Twelve) Lakhs to Rs.20 (Twenty) Lakhs only by the present ‘Maa-Mati-Manush' Govt. with a view to create some fixed and permanent assets only.
